All PDF documents are sent as a compressed Zip file. A Zip file is the fastest way to send you the PDFs. Make sure your computer has the necessary software installed to unzip a Zip file document.

After the document has been downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the document. If you do not have the software to open a PDF you can download it free. Adobe Acrobat Reader
